Terms and Return Conditions
The following terms apply to the services provided through
our website.
DAY TRIPS -
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The
duration of the tour is one day.
- Child
discounts apply only to one child traveling with two
adults.
- Our
guide reserves the right to modify the itinerary while
ensuring that the full program is completed.
- Tours
are offered as a package, including transportation,
itinerary, and guiding services; they cannot be separated.
- Every
individual aged 2 and above is required to occupy a separate
seat.
- Unused
services such as transportation and sightseeing tours are
non-refundable.
- Seat
selection is not guaranteed at the time of reservation.
- The
minimum number of participants required for the tour to proceed is 12
people. If this requirement is not met, Yeşil Sahil Turizm
reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 8 hours' notice before
the departure time.
- If
the tour is canceled within the specified time frame, Yeşil Sahil
Turizm bears no liability, and participants are not entitled
to compensation.
- The
times stated in the itinerary are calculated based on normal
weather and road conditions. Yeşil Sahil Turizm is not
responsible for delays, and participants are not entitled to
compensation for such occurrences.
- Yeşil
Sahil Turizm is not liable for any locations that cannot
be visited due to weather conditions before or during the tour.
Participants are not entitled to compensation in such
cases.
- Participants
must be present at the designated pick-up points at the
specified departure times. The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes.
After this period, the vehicle will depart, and no
refunds or rescheduling will be provided for late participants.
*The departure time refers to the first departure point of the purchased tour.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE PROCEDURES
For cancellations and changes made up to 48 hours
before the tour departure time:
- In
case of cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded without any
deductions.
- For
changes:
- If
the new tour price is higher than the original amount paid, the
difference will be charged.
- If
the new tour price is lower than the original amount paid, the difference
will be refunded without deductions.
For cancellations and changes made between 24 - 48
hours before the tour departure time:
- In
case of cancellation, 65% of the total amount paid will
be refunded to the customer.
- For
changes:
- 35% of
the total amount paid will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be
transferred to the new tour.
- If
the new tour price is higher than the transferred amount, the difference
will be charged.
- If
the new tour price is lower than the transferred amount, the difference
will be refunded.
For cancellations and changes made between 15 - 24
hours before the tour departure time:
- In
case of cancellation, 50% of the total amount paid will
be refunded to the customer.
- For
changes:
- 50% of
the total amount paid will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be
transferred to the new tour.
- If
the new tour price is higher than the transferred amount, the difference
will be charged.
- If
the new tour price is lower than the transferred amount, the difference
will be refunded.
For cancellations and changes made less than 15
hours before the tour departure time:
- No
cancellations, refunds, or changes will be allowed under any
circumstances.
A purchased tour may be canceled unconditionally
within 2 hours (120 minutes) from the time of purchase.
For discounted or promotional tours, no
cancellations, refunds, or changes are allowed.
IMPORTANT
Refunds for cancellations, returns, and changes are processed on the same day.
However, due to intermediary bank procedures, it may take 3 to 10
business days for the refund to reach the recipient (depending on the
bank or card type used for payment). If the payment is not transferred to the
recipient within the specified business days, the recipient can contact us via
our communication channels to obtain the refund reference number and follow up
with their bank.
For Our Daily Tours:
- No
fee is charged for children aged 0 - 1.99 years. (If a seat
is requested for a child in this age group, the fee for children aged 2 -
5.99 years will apply.)
- Children
aged 2 - 5.99 years receive a 20% discount.
- Children
aged 6 - 11.99 years receive a 10% discount.
- Children
aged 12 years and above are subject to the standard fare.
For passengers boarding from different locations, departure
time details will be provided after the booking process.
OVERNIGHT TOURS
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The
duration of the tour varies depending on the purchased package.
- Child
discounts apply only to one child when accompanied by two adults.
- Our
tour guide may modify the itinerary if necessary, provided that the full
program is completed.
- Our
tours include transportation, itinerary activities, accommodation,
and guiding services as a package and cannot be separated.
- Every
individual aged 2 and above must have their own seat.
- Unused
services, such as transportation, sightseeing, or accommodation, are non-refundable.
- Seat
selection is not guaranteed at the time of reservation.
- A
minimum of 15 participants is required for the tour to
proceed. If this number is not met, Yeşil Sahil Turizm reserves
the right to cancel the tour by notifying participants at least 48
hours before the departure time.
- Depending
on the number of participants, the company reserves the right to use any
of the listed transportation vehicles.
- In
the event of tour cancellation within the specified period, Yeşil
Sahil Turizm holds no liability, and participants have no right to claim
compensation.
- Tour
schedules are planned based on normal weather and road conditions. Any
delays caused by unforeseen circumstances do not hold Yeşil Sahil Turizm
accountable, and no compensation will be provided.
- If
certain sites cannot be visited due to weather conditions,
Yeşil Sahil Turizm is not responsible, and no compensation is
applicable.
- Participants
must be at their designated pickup location on time. The
maximum waiting time is 10 minutes. If a participant fails to
arrive within this timeframe, the vehicle will depart, and no
refund or rescheduling will be possible. The participant’s rights
to the tour will be forfeited.
(*) The specified departure time refers to
the initial departure from the tour’s first pickup point.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND MODIFICATION POLICY
For Cancellations & Modifications Made:
✅ More than 21 days
before the tour departure:
- Cancellations: Full
refund with no deductions.
- Modifications:
- If
the new tour price is higher, the price difference must be paid.
- If
the new tour price is lower, the difference will be refunded without
deductions.
✅ Between 14 - 21 days
before the tour departure:
- Cancellations: 35%
of the total amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be
refunded.
- Modifications:
- 35%
of the amount paid will be deducted, and the rest will be transferred to
the new tour.
- If
the new tour price is higher, the difference must be paid.
- If
the new tour price is lower, the difference will be refunded.
✅ Between 7 - 14 days
before the tour departure:
- Cancellations: 50%
of the total amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be
refunded.
- Modifications:
- 50%
of the amount paid will be deducted, and the rest will be transferred to
the new tour.
- If
the new tour price is higher, the difference must be paid.
- If
the new tour price is lower, the difference will be refunded.
