INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK"), your personal data will be processed by our company as the "Data Controller" for business purposes, within the framework explained below, by being used, recorded, stored, updated, transferred, and/or classified. In this context, our company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data, unauthorized access, and to ensure its security, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations aimed at protecting individuals' fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly the privacy of private life.
This notice is intended for all real persons whose personal data is processed by our company, excluding our employees or job applicants who have applied for a position at our company.
As the Data Controller, we process personal data, including but not limited to, Name, Surname, Turkish Identity Number, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Signature, Physical Space/Security Camera Recordings, Call Center/Service Quality Voice Recordings, Bank Account Number, and Cookie Records.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data shared with us will be processed for the following purposes:
To enable you and/or the institution and organization you represent to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, including but not limited to the determination and implementation of our company's commercial and business strategies, marketing activities, business development, and planning activities.
To carry out administrative operations related to communication conducted by our company.
To ensure the physical security and supervision of the locations used by our company.
To establish business relationships with business partners/customers/suppliers (including their authorized representatives or employees).
To ensure financial reconciliation and fulfill contractual requirements related to products and services provided jointly with our business partners, suppliers, or other third parties.

To participate in training, seminars, or events organized by our company.
METHOD OF COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data you share with our company may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods via offices, branches, call centers, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar channels. Your personal data will be stored in electronic and/or physical environments. Our company applies the necessary business process designs and technical security infrastructure developments to ensure that your personal data is not subjected to unauthorized access, manipulation, loss, or damage in the environments where they are stored.
Your personal data will be processed and stored for the required period, in compliance with the legal retention periods and security measures, for the purposes communicated to you. When this period expires, your personal data will be removed from our company's data flows using deletion, destruction, or anonymization methods.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred, within the scope of applicable laws and for the stated purposes, to:
Authorized companies and representatives operating on behalf of our company.
Regulatory and supervisory authorities, public institutions, and organizations authorized by the law to request personal data.
Business partners, suppliers, contractors, banks, credit risk and financial institutions, and other legal or natural persons.
Tax and similar advisors, legal representatives, audit firms, and consultants providing services, and within the limits required by legal obligations.
Business partners, service providers, authorized individuals, and institutions in Turkey and abroad, within the framework of the purposes specified above.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF KVKK
By applying to our company, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data is processed.
Request information if it has been processed.
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose.
Learn about the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within the country or abroad.
Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrect.
Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK.
Request notification of the transactions performed under (e) and (f) to third parties to whom your data has been transferred.
Object to any unfavorable outcome arising from the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems.
Request compensation in case of damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
In accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you may submit your requests related to exercising the above-mentioned rights to our company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
To exercise your rights mentioned above, you may submit your request along with identity verification information by personally delivering it to our company, sending it via a notary public, or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
